INFRASTRUCTURE & INSTITUTIONAL PLANNING
Disabled and elder care Home, Sainamaina
A flagship multi-disciplinary civic and urban planning project that required the master planning of a major administrative complex, a prominent regional view tower, and a dedicated community staff housing quarter. The design successfully balances institutional functionality with modern engineering infrastructure, emphasizing fluid public transit access, high-capacity security zoning, and sustainable resource management to establish a centralized, highly efficient governmental hub.

Integrated Government Office Buildings, Nawalpur

URBAN PLANNING & COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
Integrated Development Plan (IDP) & Community Housing, Aanbu Khaireni RM
Developed as a foundational component of the Integrated Urban Development Plan for the Aanbu Khaireni Rural Municipality, this project introduces a scalable, cost effective model housing community. The master plan optimizes local land use to deliver sustainable, modern, and climate-resilient residential infrastructure, specifically engineered to uplift living standards and promote structured municipal expansion.
